Agreement to Terms
By engaging Ehmiat for services, accessing our client portal, or using any of our digital tools, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you're representing an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, industry standards, or legal requirements. When we make significant changes, we'll notify active clients and provide a summary of what's changed.
How we communicate changesOur Services
Ehmiat provides professional services in web platforms, brand identity, user experience, growth marketing, and brand storytelling. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and compensation for services will be detailed in your Service Agreement or Statement of Work.
Project Collaboration
We work collaboratively with clients to achieve defined objectives and may require timely feedback, approvals, and materials from you to maintain project timelines.
Revisions and Changes
Each service includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or scope changes may require amendments to the timeline and compensation.

Intellectual Property
Intellectual property rights are addressed specifically in your Service Agreement, but generally follow these principles:
Client-Owned Materials
You retain ownership of all materials you provide to us, including content, images, logos, and brand assets.
Deliverables
Upon full payment, ownership of custom deliverables typically transfers to you, subject to certain limitations outlined in your agreement.
Ehmiat's Intellectual Property
We retain ownership of our methodologies, processes, tools, and pre-existing materials.
Third-Party Assets
Rights to third-party elements (stock photos, fonts, plugins) are subject to their respective licenses.
Portfolio Rights
Unless otherwise specified, Ehmiat may include a general description of work performed for you in our portfolio and case studies. We respect confidentiality and will obtain permission before sharing specific details or results.
Payment Terms
Our standard payment terms are detailed in your Service Agreement and may include deposits, milestone payments, and final invoices. Invoices are typically due within 30 days unless otherwise specified.
For ongoing services such as maintenance, hosting, or retainer arrangements, we generally bill monthly or quarterly as outlined in your agreement.
We accept various payment methods including credit cards, ACH transfers, and other electronic payment options. Specific payment instructions will be included with each invoice.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive for excellence in all our work, Ehmiat's liability is limited as specified in your Service Agreement. Generally, our liability is capped at the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to a claim.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from our services. Each project has unique considerations, so please review your specific agreement for complete details.
Termination
Either party may terminate services as outlined in your Service Agreement. Typically, written notice is required, and you'll be responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date plus any non-cancelable expenses incurred.
Upon termination, we'll provide a smooth transition of materials and assets according to the termination provisions in your agreement.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws specified in your Service Agreement. Any disputes will be resolved according to the dispute resolution provisions in that agreement, which typically include good-faith negotiation before proceeding to more formal methods.
