Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ehmiat's products, including eCare Lab (together, the "Service"), provided by Ehmiat ("Ehmiat", "we", "us"). By applying for, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you're using the Service on behalf of a lab or business, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

eCare Lab is a cloud-based laboratory information system for diagnostic labs — covering patient registration, sample tracking, result entry, reporting, and result delivery. We may add, change, or discontinue features over time; we'll do our best not to reduce the value of an existing plan without notice.

To use eCare Lab, a lab applies and goes through a review of its details and certifications before being approved — this keeps the standard high for every lab on the platform. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for keeping your account credentials secure.

We may suspend or terminate an account that provides false information, misuses the Service, or violates these Terms.

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, as described on our Plan page. Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include everything listed for that plan — no setup fees, no per-test fees, no charge to change your logo.

If we change our pricing, existing customers are grandfathered into their original plan's rate, unless we notify you otherwise in advance.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable healthcare regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another lab's data or accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reverse engineer, resell, or white-label the Service without our written agreement

You (and the lab you represent) own the patient and business data entered into eCare Lab. We process it on your behalf to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy, and we don't sell it or use it for purposes other than operating and improving the Service.

If you close your account, you may export your data before closure; afterward, we retain it only as long as required by applicable regulatory or record-keeping obligations.

Ehmiat retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service itself — its software, design, and branding. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or brand assets beyond what's needed to use the Service as intended.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for a violation of these Terms, non-payment, or where continued access would create a compliance or security risk.

The Service is provided "as is." While we build and operate it with care, we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ehmiat isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above, and, where appropriate, communicated to you directly.
