Independent Contractor

Participants in the Affiliate Associate program are independent contractors and are responsible for their own business expenses, including but not limited to, transportation, communication, and marketing expenses. The company is not responsible for any such expenses incurred by the Affiliate Associate.

Ethical Standards

Affiliate Associates must adhere to ethical standards and conduct their business in an ethical and legal manner. Any violation of ethical standards or illegal activities will result in immediate termination of the Affiliate Associate's contract, and the company reserves the right to take legal action if necessary.
